All orders need to be placed online via our website. If you have difficulty in placing your order or navigating through our website, please restart your browser. If problems persist, contact us and we will help you as soon as possible.

You can choose to pay with PayPal or Cash on Delivery (for UAE customers only). When selecting PayPal as your option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to our website. Upon checkout PayPal will convert will convert the currency to USD.

Making an order to the online shop automatically means that you have read and accepted our shop policies as a contract between buyer and seller.


We ship worldwide. We use ARAMEX for orders in the UAE and UPS for orders in other countries. Once your order had been processed and your payment has been authorized and verified, the item(s) will be sent out.

Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within 2-4 business days, depending on your location. Note that orders will be received within 2-4 working days from the date that it is shipped out, not from the day of the order.



We pride ourselves on offering uniquely hand-embroidered pieces, as such no two pieces have exactly the same embroidery detailing. Yet every piece is carefully crafted and packed, so your order should arrive in perfect condition.

We don’t accept cancellations, refunds or exchanges. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or if a problem arises at the moment of receiving your order, please contact us by sending an email to and we will do our best to resolve the issue.


You want to avoid putting pressure or chemicals on the delicately hand embroidered beads. While the color of the beads might slightly change with time, avoid spraying perfume directly on the t-shirts, since they might change the color of the beads.

Turn your t-shirts inside out before hand washing very gently in cold water only. Avoid machine washing and dry cleaning, and leave the t-shirts to dry naturally.

Sparkle by Hessa will not give out your telephone number, e-mail address or any other personal information, except where needed to deliver a product or service your order. Any information we collect is to ensure that we are able to fulfill your requirements and deliver a personalized and hassle-free shopping experience.

However, we must cooperate fully, should a situation arise, where we are required by law or statutory obligation or legal process to provide information about a customer. If you have purchased from our store or subscribed to our newsletters, we will update you via e-mail of new product arrivals, features or special offers.
