Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We do ship worldwide. We use Quiqup for orders in the UAE and DHL/Elite for orders in other countries. Once your order has been processed and your payment has been authorized and verified, the item(s) will be sent your way. 

How long does it take to process my order?

It takes about 3-5 working days to process your order.

How long will it take to receive the order after it has been dispatched?

Your order will be delivered to the address you specified within 2 business days. Customers within UAE will receive their orders in 1 business day.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

At Sparkle, we offer unique hand-embroidered pieces for the extraordinary you, and no two pieces would have the exact same embroidery detailing. We craft and package every piece with much care and love, so your order should arrive in perfect condition. As such, we don’t accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or a problem arises at the moment of receiving your order, please contact us by sending us an email to hello@sparklebyhessa.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

I Wear +59 inches, Will the Fabric be Enough?

Our standard length for double width fabric is 3 meters. So please contact us first if you wear +59 inches. Let's see what we can do for you!

Why are your pieces always sold out (even before you post pictures on IG)?

We have a broadcast list on WhatsApp that offers early access to all our collections. If you'd like to join the broadcast list and be among the first to know about our latest collections, DM us your number.

The Piece I'm Interested is On Your Feed but, it's Not Available on Your Website?

Our website is up to date with the most current stock. So if the piece you like isn't available on it, we're sorry. It means the product is sold.

The piece I wanted is sold. Will you bring it back?

Most of our pieces are exclusive and although sometimes we try our best to bring some of our popular designs, we're unable to source the exact same fabric. So next time if you really like a piece, snatch it before it's gone forever!

How do I make my product last longer?

You can keep the sparkle alive in your product by avoiding putting pressure or chemicals on the delicately hand embroidered beads. Avoid spraying perfume directly on the Mukhawar, since they might change the color of the beads faster.

What is the best way to wash my Mukhawar?

Cotton: Use cold water to wash your Mukhawar,. We recommend you turn your Jalabya inside out before hand washing it very gently. Avoid machine washing and dry cleaning, and leave the it to dry naturally.

Silk: Dry clean only. 

Is my information safe with you?

Your information will be safe with us today, and everyday. At Sparkle, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We never pass on, sell or swap your data for marketing purposes to third parties outside Sparkle by Hessa, except where needed to deliver a product or service your order. Any information we collect is to ensure that we are able to fulfill your requirements and deliver a personalized and hassle-free shopping experience to our favorite Sparkle woman. Sparkle by Hessa will not share or process personal data unless we can demonstrate a legitimate ground for the process which overrides your interest and rights due to legal claims.



If you have purchased from our store or subscribed to our newsletters, you will receive updates of new product arrivals, features and offers via e-mail.

When you make an order through our online shop it shall mean that you have read and accepted our store policies as a contract between you (the buyer) and us (the seller).
